Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be Construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of Taiwan. You and allbiomedical News Center agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taichung District Court located within the Taichung, Taiwan.
